How much is the shipping?
The shipping cost is calculated based on the volume and total weight of the shipment. Once you have selected the products you want to buy, click on the cart icon and enter the postal code where the order will be sent, the website will immediately provide the cost of the order.
How long does shipping take?
It depends on the volume/weight of it. If the total is less than 60 KG, the shipment is made in a parcel service 24/48 working hours. In the case of exceeding 60 KG, the products are sent on a pallet and the service is 3-4 working days.

How can I check the status of my order and its tracking?
By logging in to your account you will be able to check if your order is being prepared or has already been delivered to the transport company. To obtain the tracking, it will depend on the type of shipment selected:
– Parcel: If your shipment has been sent through parcel, you will receive an email from the transport company to the email you provided where you can find the tracking number and when the delivery will be made.
– Pallet shop: To check the status you will have to send an email with the number of your order to info@FIT2GO, LLC .es
Are shipments made to Ceuta, Melilla, the Canary Islands, and Tenerife and the Balearic Islands?

Yes, the purchase can be made through the web normally.

I want to open a training center. Can you help me?
Clear! We advise you on everything you need for assembly. We recommend the material you will need, we customize racks and cages, and storage furniture based on your needs. Go to the CONTACT section and tell us about your project.
I have a gym and I am interested in making a large purchase. Can I request an estimate online?
Yes, on the product page click on “Add to budget” and complete the cart with the necessary material and make the request. We will answer you as soon as possible.

Can I visit you in a physical place?
Of course! You can come and meet us at our facilities. We have a showroom where you can see the material and test it yourself. We are in Plot 68 – PI. Vicolozano, 05194 – Vicolozano (Ávila)

Where can I report the incident?
Write us an email to info@FIT2GO, LLC .es . Tell us what happened and attach the order number so that we can resolve the issue as soon as possible.
What do I do if the product arrives damaged during transport?
If the package or product is damaged, write it down on the delivery note of the transport company and attach images of the damage.
Are returns allowed?

PRODUCT FAQ
Do the products have a guarantee?
Yes, all FIT2GO, LLC ® products have a two (2) year warranty for defects in material and/or functionality for private owners. If the product is used professionally or commercially, their warranty is one (1) year. For more information consult the WARRANTY section .
Are all products in stock?
Yes, if the web allows you to select them, it means that they are in our warehouse. Otherwise, they will appear as out of stock.
Do the products come assembled?
Most of our products are delivered packed in boxes and do not require installation. However, for rare cases, installation is a simple task. Instructions are provided digitally or manually within the package.
