At FIT2GO, LLC .es, in order to avoid e-commerce fraud and to protect consumers, only secure cards are accepted, that is, you will be asked to identify yourself as the legitimate holder of the card. Each bank entity has its way of identifying the user. Find out about card securitization (SecureCode System and Verified by Visa) on your bank’s website or at your branch.

For what reason can my credit/debit card be rejected?

• The card is expired. Check the validity date on your card and contact your bank.
• You have reached the payment limit with your card. Check with your bank for the maximum amount allowed to make purchases and change it. Some banks allow you to make the change through the platform that provides the customer.
• Some data entered may be incorrect. Check that you have correctly filled in all the necessary fields.
• You are making the payment from a country other than the bank that issued your card. Or you are sending to a different country than the bank that issued the card. Or a combination of several of these factors. If you are on vacation outside your country and want to make a purchase, the system may reject your card to prevent fraud.

Direct Bank Transfer

Selecting the payment by “Direct bank transfer” you must go to your bank platform where you can make the transfer to the following account number:

Transfers from different entities may take up to two business days to reach us (excluding weekends and holidays). We keep transfer orders active for six calendar days. After that time, if the payment has not been confirmed, the order will be automatically cancelled.

Please, if the receipt of the material is urgent, do not carry out the payment through this method, select any of the three remaining ones since the confirmation is immediate and we do not need to wait for the movement to become effective in our banks.
