1. Purchase process
For the acquisition of the products of the web, a prior registration must be made in it, providing the necessary data for the processing of the orders.
Once the purchase is made, our server will send the order confirmation to the previously registered email, if there is any error, customers must notify it by email in order to correct it as soon as possible.
Get Strong SL reserves the right to cancel the client’s account, and therefore the access of those Users who formalize orders and do not pay the indicated amount without prior notice within a prudent period of time.
2. Delivery
The delivery times indicated on the website count from the receipt and verification of payment in our bank account. Delivery times are indicative, although we will always strive to respect these terms, their delay will not imply the cancellation of the order.
All shipments are 100% insured. Check the package once it is going to be delivered, if the client observes any anomaly, he must indicate it on the delivery note of the carrier. If once opened it has any damage, the client must notify Get Strong SL to be able to claim the agency within the following 24 hours, otherwise the company will not be responsible for damages derived from transport.
The client will be responsible for the collection of the orders, if he is not at home at the time of delivery, he must contact the transport agency to specify another delivery and / or collection date.
Customer data
In order to make shipments, Get Strong will transfer customer data such as address, name, email… etc. This transfer of data will be made only to transport agencies to proceed with the delivery of the products purchased on the web.
By accepting these purchase conditions, it will be understood that the client expressly authorizes the processing of their data only for the shipment of said products.
3. Method of payment
– Transfer/Deposit to BBVA: Secure payment to our company account.
– Card: You can pay with your Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro and Mastercard through the secure payment gateway.
You can select the desired payment method in the purchase process, once the process is finished the system will send a confirmation email.
4. Prices and product
The indicated prices include VAT (21%).
The price indicated in the cart is the final amount of the purchase, including preparation of the package, logistics, and transport insurance.
5. Returns
The customer has a period of 14 days from the purchase. Notification of the return must be made by email to info@FIT2GO, LLC .es. This email will indicate the product, customer data and the reason for return. The product must be unused and with its original packaging and labeling.
For the acceptance of the product, the following conditions must be met:
– You must keep all the standard accessories and those of the brand
– You must attach all manuals and instructions
– The product must be in perfect condition, unused, and with its original packaging. The return will not take effect in any case if the products are used or damaged.
If it is a change, due to an error in the choice, the buyer user will be responsible for the return shipping costs to our office.
If it is a return, due to a Get Strong error when sending a product, the company will assume the shipping cost.
In any other case of return, the return transport costs will be borne by the buyer, as soon as the return is received, the payment of the order will be made (not counting shipping costs) through the payment method that has been used.
6. Withdrawal
You may cancel your order without any reason within 14 calendar days from the day you or a third party you have indicated (other than the carrier) receive the purchased items (or from the last item, component or part in case of delivery of a good made up of multiple components or parts). For these purposes, you must inform us at INFO@FIT2GO, LLC .ES of your decision to withdraw your request. You must send your request indicating all the necessary information regarding the collection and billing address.
7. Warranty
The guarantee offered by Get Strong is governed by the regulations integrated into current legislation, and specifically in RD 1/2007, article 114 et seq., indicating the rights of consumers when the good is not in accordance with the contract between the parties. For companies, professionals and freelancers, the guarantee will be 1 year.
8. Legislation
These General Conditions will be interpreted in accordance with Spanish law. The parties expressly submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Ávila (Spain) for the resolution of any problem derived from these General Conditions.
