Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return the purchase from the delivery of the merchandise. To do this, follow the steps below:

  2. Print the email you will receive
  3. Put the email in the package that you are going to send
  4. Wait for confirmation of the return and refund.

Return Conditions

Within the period of fourteen days following the receipt of your order, you can return them without any justification, notifying them through the form on this same page. The buyer will assume the amount of transportation costs corresponding to the return. Once the product has been received and its status confirmed, the entire purchase will be refunded within a maximum period of 14 calendar days.

The items to be returned must not show signs of use. Return all components, as well as their accessories, instruction manual, and original packaging. Once checked in the warehouse, the refund period is up to 14 calendar days.

Deteriorated or Wrong Product

If you have received a shipment of an erroneous or damaged product from the factory (we apologize in advance) we will assume the costs of returning the product and shipping the new product as soon as possible. Please contact us at info@FIT2GO, LLC .es

Exceptions in the return

Structures made to order or personalized items cannot be returned.

This right of return is recognized in addition to the rights legally established for consumers and users by current legislation, in the absence of compliance with the contract.

Shipping damaged by transport

The deadlines to make a claim for damage to the merchandise will be 24 hours from the date of delivery if the damage is not externally appreciated. If they are appreciated on delivery, the claim must be made to the carrier. Indicate the deterioration on the delivery note, and contact us to make the claim.

*Exceptionally, returns of items that are not in their original packaging may be accepted, provided they are in perfect condition.
