FIT2GO, LLC has several shipping options that will depend on the weight and volume of the order. Generally, for orders in which the total weight of the products is equal to or less than 60 KG, these are usually sent through a parcel company with express service 24/72 hours (DHL) with door delivery. However, if the weight/volume is higher, the products will be sent through a pallet company. The delivery in the latter case is from 3 to 5 working days from the confirmation of shipment and is done at street level, the delivery service is not included.
To find out exactly the cost of the shipment, you must carry out the purchase process, select the products you want and enter the postal code and the destination town. The latter, together with the weight/volume of the products, will determine the shipping cost that will be shown prior to making the payment.
Packages are generally shipped the same day your payment is received as long as it is made before 1:00 p.m. However, the company reserves up to a maximum of 72 working hours for its preparation and subsequent shipment in cases where the volume of orders to be prepared is higher than expected.
Shipping costs include transportation, packaging, handling, and insurance against breakage and/or loss.
Orders paid by immediate bank transfer will not be effective until we receive the amount of the transfer in our checking account. Through the rest of the payment methods (card, or Paga+Tarde Financing), the order will begin to be prepared immediately. If the order is urgent, we recommend not using bank transfer as a method of payment as your order could be delayed.
When placing an order through our website, once it is shipped, we will inform you by email. In addition, we monitor the delivery process and will contact you in case there are any problems. Please, to facilitate this work, we request a telephone number when completing the form in the purchase process.
You must bear in mind that the transport companies work from Monday to Friday. You do not distribute Saturdays, or Sundays, or holidays. The dates indicated above are approximate, we do not take into account if it is a local or regional holiday in the place of destination. Only national and local holidays in origin will be considered.
The transport companies will be able to make the delivery throughout the agreed day before 20:00. We cannot guarantee a delivery time. However, an approximate schedule may be indicated that the company will try to comply with, but it is not obliged. In case they do not locate you, the transport company will try a second delivery agreed with you. If after the second attempt they do not locate you, you must pick up the order at the facilities of the transport company.
RESPONSIBILITY IN DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times are indicative, they cannot be taken as a sure guarantee, although, generally, 95% are met. In exceptional cases, we reserve the right to modify the transport company with which we will send the package/pallet, but always maintaining transit times.
The responsibility of FIT2GO, LLC .es is limited in cases of force majeure (strikes, adverse weather events that prevent normal traffic by land, sea or air). In these cases, the orders will be delivered as soon as possible, and the deadlines indicated above will not apply.
* If an order is shipped and cannot be delivered for reasons attributable to the customer, the amount paid for shipping costs will not be refunded, again having to pay other shipping costs for the reshipment of the merchandise.
